Do you have a phone number I can call?

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During periods of high demand it may occasionally take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.

I have already started a claim — who do I contact?

Once you have started your claim, Cash Me Up (Jigsaw Claims Ltd) is your point of contact for all claim-related matters. Please email us at info@cash-me-up.co.uk or use the contact details provided when you registered.

Can I ask you to delete my personal data?

Yes. Under UK GDPR you have the right to request erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances. Please email us at info@cash-me-up.co.uk with "Erasure Request" in the subject line and we will respond within one calendar month. Please note that if your details have already been passed to Jigsaw Claims Ltd, you will also need to submit a separate erasure request to them directly.

Do I need to use your service to make a PCP claim?

No. You can make a PCP finance mis-selling complaint directly to your lender, free of charge. If your lender does not resolve it to your satisfaction, you can escalate for free to the Financial Ombudsman Service (0800 023 4567 / financial-ombudsman.org.uk). You can also use the FCA's compensation scheme when it launches. Using our service is entirely optional.
